  • Instructor: Refers to an individual or entity responsible for creating and delivering courses on Niexel.
  • Ad-Supported Learning: Refers to the model where free access to courses is monetized through advertisements.

3. User Roles & Rights

3.1 Learners

  • Access free courses and learning materials.
  • Purchase certifications upon course completion.
  • Engage with interactive learning tools and assessments.
  • Participate in discussions, forums, and peer activities.
  • Comply with Niexel’s academic integrity policies.
  • Report any violations or inappropriate content encountered.

3.2 Instructors & Content Providers

  • Submit courses that meet Niexel’s quality and instructional standards.
  • Grant Niexel a non-exclusive license to distribute content.
  • Maintain ownership of original materials while allowing Niexel to promote and modify them for platform optimization.
  • Engage with learners through Q&A sessions, live sessions, and discussion forums.
  • Provide timely updates and improvements to course content as necessary.

3.3 Administrators

  • Manage platform operations, resolve disputes, and enforce compliance.
  • Monitor content to ensure alignment with Niexel’s educational mission.
  • Remove content or users that violate platform policies.
  • Improve the learning experience based on user feedback and technological advancements.

4. Content Policies

  • All course materials must be original or properly licensed.
  • Plagiarism, misinformation, and copyright violations are strictly prohibited.
  • Content must be accurate, up-to-date, and free from harmful misinformation.
  • Courses should be structured with clearly defined learning objectives.
  • Users must not share, distribute, or sell course content outside of Niexel without authorization.
  • Instructors must ensure that multimedia resources (videos, images, audio) adhere to fair use guidelines.

5. Course Standards

  • Courses must meet minimum quality guidelines, including structured modules, assessments, and interactive elements.
  • Regular updates are required to maintain relevance.
  • Courses should adhere to fair and inclusive education practices.
  • Video content should be high quality (minimum 1080p resolution) with clear audio.
  • Learning modules must be updated regularly to maintain relevance with industry trends.
  • Certifications should align with professional or academic standards where applicable.
  • Courses should be accessible and inclusive to learners with different needs.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Niexel respects copyright laws and intellectual property rights.
  • Content creators retain ownership of their content but grant Niexel a license to use their content.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Niexel content is prohibited.
  • Instructors must ensure they have the necessary rights for any third-party resources used.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Free Access

  • Users can access courses, assessments, and learning materials at no cost.
  • Ad-supported learning allows Niexel to provide free education while generating revenue.
  • Free access includes all course content, progress tracking, and community forum participation.

7.2 Certificate Payment and Premium Benefits

  • Learners must complete course requirements to be eligible for certification.
  • Fees apply for official course certifications and diploma programs.
  • Certificate fees are required only for users who wish to receive an official verified certificate upon course completion.
  • Early certificate purchase provides immediate access to premium learning benefits throughout the entire course duration, including:
    • Direct instructor support and personalized feedback
    • Priority responses to course-related questions
    • Access to additional study materials and resources
    • Assignment review and detailed feedback
    • Study planning assistance and learning path guidance
  • Users who purchase certificates after course completion will receive their certificate but will not retroactively receive premium learning support benefits.
  • Certificate payments are non-refundable after 30 days from purchase or once the certificate has been issued, whichever occurs first.
  • Employers and institutions can verify Niexel certifications through a digital credentialing system.

7.3 Premium Subscription

  • Users can opt for a subscription-based model for an ad-free experience and additional features.
  • Premium subscribers may access exclusive courses, instructor mentorship, and career resources.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds for subscriptions are subject to Niexel’s refund policy.
